We want to welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit our Church site. We follow the Apostles Doctrine and are firm believers of one God. The word Apostolic means “Apostle Like”. In first Corinthians 1:11 – Paul himself said “Follow me as I follow Christ”‘ Here at the Apostolic Church of Las Vegas, we do exactly that. We believe that the bible is the infallible Word of God. That is why we are bible based and heaven bound. Our church was founded on the day of Pentecost and we have been in Las Vegas since 1962, but our Doctrine is from the Apostles and established by the Word of God. Join us for church and lets worship God and walk together in the LORD.
Our Core Beliefs
One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism
Peter began in Acts 2:38 with the word “Repent” We know that repentance is a turning away from a life of sin. Acknowledging the fact that we were all born into sin is the first step of repentance.
Peter then goes on to tell us to be baptized for the remission of sins. Baptism is the immersion in water calling on the name of Jesus. This action is what washes away our sins. Jesus told Nicodemus that without being born again, we cannot see the Kingdom of Heaven.
When faith is coupled with a sincere heart and we follow the plan of salvation as laid out by Peter, it is then that we receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. It’s free gift from God that gives us power and wisdom to overcome this world.
Understandest what thou readest?
This is the question that Phillip asked the eunuch in the book of Acts.
